Hey there! I'm Jai, co-founder of Ace It, a company dedicated to solving the root problem of lower engagement rates among students. I'm Currently a 3rd-year Computational Cognition Major @UofT. I'm an operations wizard, fluent in managing all the KPIs and goals of the business, with a knack for project management.

At Ace It, I bring my passion for education and innovation to the table, constantly seeking out new ways to solve the biggest challenges in the industry. And when I'm not working, you can find me perfecting my spicy homemade chicken wings, collecting sneakers, or just going to my second home (the gym)

Pashan Sidhwa

Co-Founder and Co-CEO

Hey there, Pashan here, Co-CEO and CFO of Ace It. When I'm not working on making education more accessible and enjoyable, you can find me cruising around town on late-night drives. I've got a bit of a thing for cars, you see. There's just something about the sound of an engine revving that gets me going.

But, of course, my true passion lies in making Ace It the best it can be. As a mechanical engineering student at the University of Waterloo, I'm always thinking about how to improve our platform's design and functionality. And as a co-founder, I've been deeply involved in the financial planning that keeps our startup thriving.

I truly believe that education is the key to unlocking our potential, and that's why I'm so dedicated to revolutionizing the way we learn.

Alexander Yoshino

Chief Technology Officer

Hey! I'm Alexander, the CTO here at Ace It. With extensive development and project management experience, I'm a computer science specialist currently in my 5th year of studies @UofT.

Before joining the team, I worked at Riot Games, where I honed my skills as a software developer and user experience specialist. I'm all about pushing the limits of what's possible, both in tech and in life.

When I'm not working, you'll find that I like to travel and explore. I'm a bit of a coffee aficionado too, and I'm always on the hunt for a new favorite spot.

George Alifragis

Strategic Advisor

Hey there! I'm George, Strategic Advisor at Ace It and COO at Sryas. As a lifelong learner and believer in the power of technology to transform education, I'm excited to serve the founding team as their Strategic Advisor.

I've had the privilege of working with some of the most innovative companies in the world, helping them to exceed growth objectives and achieve transformative results. I'm also proud to be a member of the Forbes Business Council, where I've had the opportunity to contribute my thought leadership to a community of forward-thinking business leaders.

With key skills in data-driven strategy, high-tech leadership, and a proven track record of successfully delivering complex initiatives with measurable results, I'm committed to leveraging my expertise to help Ace It realize its full potential and achieves its vision of changing the game in education.

Dr. Agostino Menna

Director of Education

Hey there! I'm Dr. Menna, and I'm one of the co-founders of KnowQuest.net - an awesome EdTech startup that's based in Toronto, Canada. We've been making waves in the industry and have recently been acquired.

Before starting KnowQuest.net, I held academic positions at some pretty prestigious institutions, including Toronto Metropolitan University, Niagara University, and Brock University. Now, I'm an Assistant Professor at the John Molson School of Business (Concordia University), where I get to help shape the minds of the next generation of business leaders.

But that's not all - I've also had the chance to work with some amazing incubators like Communitech, Spark Innovation Educational Center, and The UofT Hatchery from the University of Toronto. Through these experiences, I've gained tons of knowledge and expertise in entrepreneurship and innovation.

Kelvin Jiang

Senior Frontend Developer

Hi there! I'm Kelvin, a front-end engineer at Ace It and a 4th-year Computer Science student at @UofT.

In the past few years, I have worked on a range of projects, spanning web, mobile, and data applications. This exposure gave me a solid foundation in software development, and I'm excited to bring my skills and expertise to the team.

Outside of coding, I love swimming and working on cars!

Head of Strategy and Finance

Hey there! I'm Partha, Head of Strategy and Finance at Ace It. I'm a final year undergraduate at the LSE, studying economic and public policy.

When I'm not busy working, I'm also the best content creator you'll ever meet (in my free time, of course). Plus, if you catch me on a good day, I might just show you some of my cricket moves.

In the past, I've worked at some impressive places, including the Financial Conduct Authority, Deloitte, and even LSESU United Nations Society, And I don't just bring my expertise to the table - I also bring my knack for creative problem-solving and my commitment to achieving our goals

Founding Marketing Manager

Hi! I'm Arushi, Marketing Manager at Ace It. I'm in my final year of studies at Toronto Metropolitan University, majoring in marketing.

I have a passion for SEO marketing and love crafting campaigns that get results. When I'm not working, you'll find me indulging in my two favorite things - pizza and the fashion world. I've had some great experience handling projects for multinational marketing firms in the UAE. Whether it's watching TikTok videos to inspire the team or trying out a new restaurant with my friends i'm always ready to explore
